Venison Schnitzel
- 1 tsp Original Camp Mix
- 1 Cup Kentucky Kernel Seasoned Flour
- 2 Eggs Beaten
- 1lb Venison Steaks
- 4 Tbs Butter
Dust venison steaks in Original Camp Mix. Pound steaks with meat tenderizer until approximately 1/4 inch thick. Dredge in Kentucky Kernel Seasoned Flour. Dip steaks in egg wash and re-dredge in flour. Melt butter in a cast iron skillet over medium high heat. Fry steaks in butter until golden brown, approximately 5-6 minutes per side.
